vygam ("we", "us") is built to be private by default. You do not need an account to play, and we do not ask you for personal information. This page explains, in plain language, what does and does not happen with your data.

Information we collect

• No account, no personal data. Playing our games does not require a name, email or login.
• On-device storage. Games may store small preferences and your best scores in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it anytime through your browser settings.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which games are popular and how the site is used. GA4 sets cookies and collects aggregated data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This information is processed by Google as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-party services

• Hosting & security is provided by Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver and protect the site.
• Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser's request to Google may include your IP address as part of normal font delivery.
• Advertising on our game pages is served by Adsterra. Ad partners may set their own cookies and use device information (such as IP address and browser type) to display and measure ads. See Adsterra's Privacy Policy for details.

Children

Our games are family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, because we do not collect personal information from anyone to play.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
